Who is eligible for financial assistance?

Active clients with a paid wellness visit within the last 12 months who have faced sudden financial hardship and have been denied third-party financing (Scratchpay, All Pet Card, or Cherry).

What conditions does the fund cover?

Funding is allocated strictly for correctable, non-chronic illnesses or injuries with a good to excellent prognosis. The fund does not cover baseline exams, diagnostics, preventative care, or emergency euthanasia.

Is there a limit to the assistance?

Yes. Our fund operates on a 75/25 responsibility split program. It covers up to 75% of approved treatment costs, capped at an absolute lifetime maximum of $500 per household.
