Use the scheduler below to choose a time for our mobile unit to visit your home. Whether it's a routine check-up or a specific health concern, our online booking tool gives you instant access to our availability. Once you select a slot, keep an eye on your inbox—we’ll send a confirmation and everything you need to prepare for a smooth visit. To keep things moving smoothly, we ask that all new clients complete their paperwork online at least 24 hours before we arrive.

What Happens After You Book:

  1. Confirmation Email/Text: We’ll reach out within 24 hours to verify your contact and pet(s)' information.

  2. Review Your Estimate: To ensure transparency, we will email a custom treatment plan or cost estimate the day before your visit for your review.

  3. Complete Your Forms: Please visit our [Patient Forms Page] to submit your pet(s)' history before our visit so we can finalize your treatment plan or cost estimate.

  4. Review Our Process: Please visit our [Clinic Policies Page] for a full overview of our preparation steps, wellness information, payment options, and prescription and refill protocols.

How to Prepare Your Space:

  • For Cats: Please have them in a bathroom or small room 15 minutes before our arrival. This prevents them from hiding under large furniture or in hard-to-reach spots.

  • For Dogs: We prefer larger dogs to be on a leash, especially if they spend most of their time outdoors. If your dog is well-behaved and easily handled, they may remain off-leash once we are settled.

  • Parking: Please let us know if our mobile unit requires specific instructions or gate codes to park safely at your address.

  • Medical Records: If you have records from a previous vet, please have them ready or email them to [staff@southsidemobilevet.com].
