Payment Options

*There is a $85 prepayment required to reserve an appointment. This fee will be applied towards the total cost of the visit. In the event that you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours or less of the scheduled appointment time, your $85 pre-payment is forfeited and cannot be applied towards your next visit. 

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept, in order of preference, Zelle, Apple Cash, Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple/Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo. There is a $35 fee on all returned checks. We can provide you with an estimated cost of services during your visit, however we cannot give an estimate over the phone for non-routine procedures without seeing your pet. We offer third-party financing options available through All Pet Card and Scratchpay, as well as VetBilling to manage our in-house payment plans.

VetBilling is an interest free payment option that allows you to make bi-weekly or monthly payments. A non-refundable administration start-up fee is assessed to start each payment plan and a small payment plan fee is added to each payment. There is no penalty or fees for early payoff.

We require the following conditions to be met to be eligible for a payment plan:


  1. Must be an existing client.

  2. The balance owed must be greater than $200.

  3. Offering a payment plan is determined by a soft credit check. This credit check does not show on your credit report or affect your score.

  4. You must be able to pay a down payment of at least 25%.

  5. The payment plan payoff cannot be longer than 12 months.

  6. Payments must be deducted electronically from a credit card or bank account.

  7. Your first payment must start the first day of your pet(s)’ treatment.

  8. If payments are not made on time, late fees and return fees are assessed.
