*Pricing is based on mileage. Dogs and cats age pretty fast when compared to their human counterparts and are often good at hiding their diseases. Along with a thorough history, a full comprehensive physical exam is the most important part of any veterinary visit - Especially when your pet can't tell you what's wrong. Even minor discoveries can make the difference in your pet's quality of life. We recommend an exam every 6-12 months to make sure your pet stays in optimum health. A thorough exam evaluates your pet from head to tail, including a look at the skin/coat, eyes, ears, and then making sure the neurological and musculoskeletal systems are working properly. We also listen to the heart and lungs, and feel on the abdomen to check for anything abnormal (masses, pain, fluid/bloat, etc). After assessing your pet's health condition, we'll review their vaccination status, nutrition, parasite prevention, and address any behavioral concerns. Finally, we'll recommend the best course of action that fits both you and your pet. Request an appointment today. *Currently we only offer outpatient services. If your pet is ill or injured and it is determined that they need imaging (ultrasound or x-rays), surgery, or hospitalization, then we will refer them to a full-service facility.
